Our Better Than Leather biothane is just as strong and waterproof as our traditional material, but is more flexible and soft with a light sheen like oiled leather.

Bought the “small mule” size to fit two mules, one around 14.2h and the other around 15.0h. Fits them both well with some adjusting between them. The material is extremely soft and supple biothane which makes the Conway buckles very easy to use, which is important if you need to use with different animals. The holes on the tugs are a bit far apart but you can easily add more with a good hole punch, just like leather. I am very satisfied with this. Shipping was reasonably fast for a made to order item.
