Please note: We cannot offer traditional exchanges like a conventional warehouse store. Because our products are custom-crafted, we don’t have ready-made versions of our items sitting on the shelves, which means that swapping out an item for a similar one with different size or color requires us to make an entirely new item.
If there are minor changes to the item you’ve purchased, a replacement piece in a different size might help. Check out our replacement parts page to see if we have what you need. Also, remember you can use a leather hole punch to add holes to beta items.
If something more extensive is needed, we may be able to alter it for you. We do offer low cost alterations if you love your product but it doesn't quite fit. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways and cost of any additional materials that might be needed. Please contact us beforehand for alteration instructions and procedure.
If a new item is needed, we will allow you to purchase the new item at cost. The original item is yours to resell or to donate to our charity listings. Please email us beforehand with the original order information, and we’ll send you a one time use discount code.
All Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
