Our rope combo halter gives you the best of both worlds: the noseband of a rope halter, with knots for acupressure activation, and the body of a conventional turnout halter in beta biothane. This halter is adjustable at the headstall, and has a cheek clip for easy on/off. Rope portion available in black only.

Our ¾-inch beta biothane halter (other widths available from 5/8-inch to 1-inch, depending on breed/size) comes with an adjustable crownpiece to be sure it fits your horse perfectly.

Beta biothane is a super-strong, versatile material that provides the flexibility and strength of leather without all the fuss. It stands up against sunlight, sweat, water, mud, and heat without cracking or fading. Beta tack can be made good as new with a scrub in soap and water. For ground-in dirt, beta can be put in the washing machine or dishwasher (just skip the dry cycle). We believe that once you try beta, you won’t go back to leather!

• 1 inch recommended for larger horses - Horse Size & Above

• 3/4 inch great for smaller horses, also gives refined look for larger horses - Larger Pony, Cob Size & Arab & some Horse Size

• 5/8 inch - Foal & Mini sizes

I LOVE this new hybrid halter. It looks beautiful and makes it so much easier to put on and keep in place, compared to a regular rope halter. I like to use a rope halter on my horse because he’s more responsive and respectful (he’s 5) with traditional halters he tends to lean on them more. This halter is the best of both worlds. Thank you for creating this beautiful halter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice looking and very sturdy. These halters are excellent for my two young Friesian mares, who are good girls but can be sparky at times. The knotted nose band really does help with control, but for the barn staff who are not comfortable tying a traditional rope halter, its an easy snap-on option. The biothane is smooth, flexible even on cold days. You can’t beat a halter that can be hosed clean! Highly recommend.
